  Saved by the extraordinary effort of Gonzalez Appliance. Called on a Saturday am with an emergency refrigerator issue. After 8 weeks of home warranty screwups (First American Home Warranty) the last repairman had removed the door gasket and the new part did not fit my refrigerator. He had to reorder the part and it was back ordered. Without a door gasket the refrigerator cannot cool. On Friday they were suppose to return to refit the original gasket. Never showed, so I called Gonzalez for help Saturday morning. Once Angel heard what was needed she got a repairman that was not already booked for the day because it was his day off to come by to do the job within an hour. This was an extraordinary example of outstanding customer service. A dozen other repair business could not be bothered to help an emergency situation on a Saturday.
